Type of commission! (Chibi, Sketch, Basic flatcolored Illustration, Fully rendered, Full body, Half body, etc...) Please let me know what you want me to draw in detail! ^^

Budget. If you have a budget, let me know. I can let you know what I can do to fit that budget! or we can speak of options.

What is this for? This helps me determine what type of Illustration I will aim at drawing. (Game art, Personal, Professional, Commercial use, etc...)

Reference photos. This can be of anything relating to the commission. (pose, clothes, colors, hair, skin, background, etc...)

Have references and/or descriptions of characters ready when contacting. (The more detailed the better! This ensures the best quality is provided!)

Any rude behavior or attempt of scamming won't be tolerated. If this occurs, your commission will be canceled and you will be blacklisted.

I have the right to refuse service if and when I deem fit.

I have the right to post the commission to any of my socials. If you'd like the commission to be private, please let me know.

I, the artist, do not have the right to sell your commission to anyone.

You get 3 major revisions before I charge you extra for more revisions. (this is how many major things you change; Pose, Character, Gender, etc...)

All commissions must be paid upfront. I will not start the commission until I have received at least half the payment. (This will ensure the sketch process until full payment has been made!)

First time buyers must pay in full. If your purchase is $100+, you'll have the option to pay in deposits.

Recurring commissioners have the option to pay in deposits for commissions that are $50+.

The base price may increase depending on certain factors. This includes but not limited to: Complexity, background, characters, etc...

I ONLY accept payment transactions via Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Fiverr, and Ko-Fi.

For PAYPAL USERS! I will ask for your email, This is how I will send invoices, it will show all costs on the invoice where nothing can be hidden.

I do NOT accept refunds.

If there hasn't been a transaction of any kind, you have all rights to cancel your order.

If you file a chargeback against me at any time, any work I've done for you will be retracted, your username(s) will be posted publicly, and you will be blacklisted by me and many other artists. Please speak to me before making any decisions. ^^

Once I receive full payment, I will start sketching your commission. I will then send you the sketch before starting the next phase. Everything you want to change/add will be done during this phase.

After agreement on the sketch, the commission shouldn't take me no longer than 3-7 days, however depending on some factors it may take 1 month at most. This includes but not limited to: personal issues, complexity, or commission type.

During any process, I as the artist and seller will keep ample communication with the buyer/commissioner to avoid misunderstandings.

You have the rights to use the commissioned work for personal use only.

You have the rights to make merchandise for yourself.

To promote yourself with proper credit.

Using the artwork commercially.

Taking credit for my artwork.

Removing any watermarks and/or altering the artwork.

Make merch with the artwork.

Use in books, covers, and/or props.

Change to your liking. (proper credit is still requited, even after being altered/edited)

Promote your own brand with said artwork.

I will do whatever I can to ensure the highest quality for your commission. However, once the commission is finished, you are only allowed up to THREE free edits for MINOR changes. (Ex. Changing the color palette, Adding/Removing small details.)

MAJOR changes will be charged a fee per edit. (Ex. Changing hairstyle/body/pose/outfit.)

You MUST be 18+ in order to purchase NSFW commission(s).

Your ID may be requested as proof of your age.

Falsifying an ID, or lying about your age will result in your username being posted publicly and you will be blacklisted.
